I recall that in Joan Quiqley's book, she said that initially it was difficult to plan Reagan's meetings with Mikhail Gorbachev because initially she only had Gorbachev's date of birth but not the exact time. However, by looking at significant events in Gorbachev's life, she was able to zero in on an exact birth time and use this to plan future events. Perhaps something similar could be done vis-a-vis Barack Obama to determine not the time but the place of birth.

I also find it just a little more than coincidence that this old stuff with Nancy Reagan surfaced again in the news yesterday.

I thought this was interesting.

Barack Obama was born on the Earth Snake day in the Wooden Sheep month of the Metal Cow Year. The Day Stem (Day Master) represents the person. Therefore, the Brown Earth represents Obama himself. Snake is in Fire group, and also contains Earth. Sheep and Cow are in Earth group. Fire is the Supporting element of Earth. Fire and Earth together are stronger than all other elements. That means Earth is very strong in the birth chart. We can say that Obama has a strong personality and good health.
